What is Snapp?

Snapp is a collaboration software platform that enables physician - advanced practice provider (APP) TEAMs to achieve their full potential by simplifying work, communication and documentation.

How does Snapp work? 

Providers complete documentation for encounters using the mobile app. Data is delivered in real time to client electronic health record. TEAMs are managed using a web admin interface and performance dashboard.

Is my patient’s data safe? 

Snapp has the following built in security measures: Encryption end-to-end per HIPAA, NIST, OAuth industry standards. Quarterly system audits and nightly encrypted database backups take place. 

How will Snapp improve patient care?

Snapp enables physician - advanced practice provider (APP) TEAMs to achieve their full potential by simplifying work, communication and documentation.

What size facilities can use Snapp? 

There is no limit to the size of facilities that can use Snapp. 

What devices can I use Snapp with? 

At this time, the mobile app is available on Apple mobile devices with iOs 10 or later.

How do I gain access to the mobile app and the administrative portal? 

Access to the mobile app and administrative portal will be provided by your Implementation Manager. 

 

Training

How do I gain access to the training materials?
Training information is sent to you by your Implementation Manager. 

Which course will I need to complete?
Your Implementation Manager will verify which module you should complete.

How long will it take to complete each course?
Courses should take 10-15 minutes to complete. 

When does my training need to be completed? 
Training needs to be completed at least one week prior to your team’s go-live date. 

Why is there not more information included in training? 
Snapp’s user interface was designed to be intuitive. Providers and support staff can be trained in the system in as little as 15-30 minutes.
